While our services commence at a base rate between $125 - $300 per hour, it's important to highlight that the final investment can vary based on elements important to you and specific requirements. Emcee Services:
• Professional and engaging hosting to guide the flow of your event.
• Skillful announcement of key moments, ensuring a seamless and organized timeline.
Music Curation:
• Customized playlists tailored to your preferences, style, and event/wedding theme.
• A diverse selection of music genres to cater to all tastes and age groups.
• DJ expertise in reading the crowd and adapting the music to create the desired atmosphere.
Equipment:
• High-quality sound equipment to deliver crystal-clear audio.
• State-of-the-art DJ setup for a visually appealing and professional presentation.
• Lighting equipment to enhance the ambiance and create a festive atmosphere

Event Coverage:

3. Do you have a sample playlist or sound clips of your DJ work?
While we do not provide a generic playlist or SoundCloud link, we take immense pride in offering a
highly personalized and tailor-made musical experience for each event/wedding, especially for events/weddings as special as yours. We understand that your event/wedding day is unique, and your musical preferences play a significant role in setting the perfect atmosphere. Instead of relying on pre-existing playlists, we are dedicated to curating a bespoke soundtrack that reflects your personality, style, and preferences.
4. What is your booking process?
• Booking Inquiry/Request: Kindly express your intent to book DJCWill, by submitting a request. This can be done by emailing chriswillridge@yahoo.com, filling out our online form or phone call/text to 832-398-3382.
• Contract Signing: Upon receipt of your reservation request, we will provide you with our official
contract. Please carefully review the terms and conditions outlined in the document. Should you have
any questions or require clarification on any point, feel free to reach out to our dedicated team.
• Deposit Payment: To secure your booking, we kindly request a 50% deposit. This can be conveniently
processed through [payment method details, e.g., wire transfer, online payment portal]. Once the
deposit is received, your reservation will be confirmed.
• Confirmation of Booking: Following the successful completion of the above steps, we will send you a
formal confirmation of your booking along with pertinent details regarding your [service/event]. This
will serve as your official acknowledgment of the booking.
5. When is payment due and how can I pay?
A non-refundable deposit, 50% of the total balance, is required at the time of booking to secure our
services and reserve your chosen date. The final balance is due twenty-four (24) hours before the scheduled event or wedding. Payments can be made via Cash App, Credit Card, Venmo and Zelle. For credit card transactions, we ensure secure processing through our trusted online payment platform, Square (additional fees will apply). This provides you with a safe and seamless payment experience. To accommodate your financial preferences, we offer the flexibility to spread out payments leading up to the final balance due date. This allows for a more convenient and manageable approach to meeting your financial obligations.
6. The venue says our DJ needs to be insured. Do you have DJ insurance?
Absolutely, we've got you covered! If your venue has requested proof of insurance for our DJ services,
we're pleased to inform you that we have comprehensive insurance coverage in place. You could kindly contact us with your venue, and we'll take care of the rest. Providing them with the necessary details will ensure smooth coordination and compliance with the venue's requirements.
7. What area do you provide DJ services to and how far will you travel?
DJCWill proudly extends its services to cover all regions within the beautiful states of Mississippi,
Louisiana & Texas. While our primary focus is within this area, we recognize that extraordinary events sometimes call for travel beyond these borders. For events located more than an hour away from our base, reasonable travel charges and/or lodging may apply to ensure the seamless delivery of our services. Rest assured, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering, regardless of the distance. It's important to note that we hold a valid passport, and we are more than willing to travel anywhere to curate the perfect musical experience for your event/wedding. Our passion for creating unforgettable moments knows no geographical bounds.
